UPDATE: Customer service did finally get in touch with me and resolved the issue! Was very happy with it the first time I used it. Then the second time I tried to use it, it acted as though the charge was low. I charged it up and unfortunately that was NOT the issue. It's very weak, spins slowly for only a few seconds and if you apply any pressure at all...like putting it to the surface of the toilet bowl, it completely quits. Unfortunately, it was past its return time with Amazon. I contacted the seller through their support email and also tried through their messenger. Initially, I got responses asking for more information like my order number and videos. I responded right away to both the email and messenger and now not a peep. Super disappointed in the product and their customer service. I will not buy from this seller again. If they come through on their promises to stand behind their product with a warranty, I will update this review.

This item was amazing. I thought for $50 I had made a great purchase. Thought. I charged it up, worked for a few months. The battery died, so I recharged it. Twice. Each time I let it charge for a couple of days. POS now. Won’t charge. Doesn’t work. Tried to go through Amazon for a replacement, but because I’m past the 30-day or 60-window, I can’t. Stupid. I tried to go to the seller's page, where there is no contact information. Someone else left a review for the seller about the same issue, to which they basically said Amazon is responsible, as the seller is only responsible for the fulfillment of the order. That was their response to every negative review for their company. Don’t buy from them. They obviously don’t care about anything other than taking your money, and this product works as advertised for the first full charge of the battery and then is a POS for $50 freaking dollars. Nope. Don’t do it. Even if you think there are more positive reviews than negative, therefore you’re going to try it anyways, like I did, DON'T DO IT.
